Happy New Year! I wanted to start the new year off right with my favorite meal: breakfast! I thought crepes would be absolutely perfect because I loved making the Nutella Crepes and because my family had some dulce de leche left in the fridge, which I wanted to use before my dad finished the whole can! It’s Winter Break!!!! Yay! (Now finals will no longer mandate my 2-week break from posting recipes!) I don’t know what’s more exciting: 1) that I’m on vacation or 2) that yesterday was the first time I tried Nutella! Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes
If I could, I would eat breakfast for every meal! I would also live in the kitchen and bake all day…as long as I wouldn’t have to wash the dishes! My mom and I actually have a deal that if I bake, she will clean up, granted that she gets the first bite of whatever dessert is in the oven! Last Sunday it rained again, so instead of going for my usual morning workout, I stayed at home and made pancakes for my family, an unexpected treat for them because I never give up my cherished weekend workouts!
