I’m not usually a brownie lover, but after tasting these chocolaty treats, I think I have been converted! When I took these to summer school for a brain-powering snack, everyone else agreed– these brownies are AMAZING! The fudgy chocolate center is absolutely delectable, and the brownie-from-the-box thin, perfectly crinkled top makes this the ultimate brownie recipe. They are truly the best of all time!! Feel free to add your own twist (Oreos, Peppermint Patties, Girl Scout Cookies, etc…), but these brownies are amazing just own their own, so I say be a purist! I added chocolate chips to mine, and if you want to keep the chips intact, make sure to put them in the freezer while you make the batter and do not mix them in until the batter has cooled. Enjoy!!
Recipe: The Best Brownies You’ll Ever Eat….
***NOTE: DO NOT OVER BAKE!!!!!! (I have to force myself to take out the brownies even before I think they are fully cooked)
My only regret: Not using a brownie baking pan for a never-ending crust! But still, these are just mouthwatering!
Anyone who has met me knows that I am famous for my AMAZING chocolate chip cookies! I usually bring them to school in a giant bakery box, and each time the box keeps getting bigger and bigger! They are my #1 requested recipe by far; these cookies are definitely the favorite for a reason!! The cookies are chewy, buttery masterpieces of pure perfection; a single bite is never enough! Make this recipe once, and you will never ever want to try a different cookie recipe again! (I haven’t!) These cookies are sooooo delicious, you’ll be licking your plate clean! Enjoy!!!!

***NOTE: I always like to add a little extra vanilla extract and extra brown sugar for a sweeter, chewier cookie! Make sure your butter is soft and at room temperature (I usually just defrost it in the microwave); this also gives the cookies their famous soft and chewy texture!
Every Sunday my family gathers for dinner, where the topic of interest is always the dessert of the evening! I love taking requests, so for Mothers’ Day my mom ordered a cherry pie– where a flaky, perfectly cooked crust was a must. Surprisingly, I had never even tasted a cherry pie before, but this recipe was absolutely mouthwatering! Not to mention the world’s best recipe for the PERFECT crust!

I’m in love.…with Martha Stewart’s absolutely delicious chewy cookie recipe! LOVE! These heavenly cookies are SO addicting, that I refuse to bake any other cookie recipe. Let’s face it: they are simply the best.
***NOTE: I add extra vanilla, extra brown sugar, and less salt. You can literally use this cookie dough for any type of cookie (I’ve used it for chocolate chip cookies, sprinkle cookies, sugar cookies, snickerdoodles, etc..)

Sorry, this post is way overdue! (I forced myself not to procrasti-blog during AP week!) Anyways, it’s tradition that my best friend and I celebrate Easter together. I always go over to her house for the usual easter egg hunt and decorating, but instead I usually find myself cooking with her mom in the kitchen! In honor of her, I made this DELICIOUS chocolate layer cake– ultra rich and super moist, as requested! Although she usually never finishes her plate of food, there was no cake left–I guess it was good!
**Note: I’m not necessarily the biggest chocolate cake fan, but this might be one of the best desserts I have ever made. This recipe is a MUST-BAKE! (and definitely worth breaking your diet for)
