1. I’ve wanted to be a doctor since I was born. (A plastic surgeon, like my dad)
2. My baking skills aren’t hereditary; my mom only bakes bundt cakes from the box.
3. I’m still in high school.
4. Everyone at my school knows me because of my “famous” chocolate chip cookies. (Recipe: Chocolate Chip Cookies)
5. I’ve been vegetarian for over 5 years. My family thinks I’m crazy.
6. I’m an adventurous and passionate traveler. I’ve been to over 30 countries…and counting!
7. I bake for two reasons: 1) For fun. 2) To give back to my family and friends.
8. Although I’m an avid baker, I’m an intense athlete and nutrition freak.
9. I’ve always loved dogs. When I was little, I fearlessly pet a giant police dog until it lay on its back and started purring. (The policeman wasn’t too happy!)
10. I’m obsessed with shoes. (Maybe because my grandpa was a shoemaker.)
11. I’m Argentinian, but my family lives all over the world.
12. I love learning; I’m a nerd at heart.
13. I love bookstores and I still read paperback books. No kindles for me!
14. Whenever I travel to a new country, I bring back an embroidered pillow for my bed. My room is decorated inspired by India but I also have pillows from Morocco, Turkey, Israel, Italy and Peru.
15. I’m a true Taurus, loyal and determined.
16. My bedroom is filled with sweet, vanilla scented candles…they remind me of baking!
17. I can usually guess what country someone is from by their accent and dress. (It’s a hobby learned from listening to my cousins, who live in more than 7 countries around the world!)
18. I’ve always been a perfectionist. My pre-school teacher thought something was wrong with me when I insisted on finishing my artwork before playing tag with the other kids.
19. I must drink about 6 cups of tea a day. I’m addicted, just like my dad!
20. I’ve taken art classes since before I could talk. I see cakes as blank canvases waiting to be adorned.
21. My favorite quotation that I live by: “Follow your bliss.”
22. My favorite type of book is historical fiction.
23. I feel bare without a pedicure, but my fingernails are never painted… they get in the way of  baking!
24. I love fairies! I used to draw pictures of them on my friends’ birthday cards.
25. Nothing makes me feel happier than re-organizing my bedroom and bookshelves!
26. I have a map in my room with red pushpins on every country I’ve visited.
27. While walking home from morning workouts, I always stop by Trader Joe’s so I’m just in time for breakfast tasters!
28. Although I don’t remember phone numbers or birthdays, I do know everyones’ favorite type of dessert!
29. My younger sister and I could not be more different; she dreams of becoming a famous pop singer, while I’m set on becoming a plastic surgeon.
30. I would be lost without post-its and Bic plastic pens! (The black pens are my good luck charms on tests!)
31. Instead of watching Spongebob or Tom & Jerry on television, I used to watch open heart surgeries and brain biopsies.
32. I know every Greek mythology story by heart! I used to beg my dad to read them to me before bed every night.
33. My best friend and I have known each other for over 10 years…We’re family by now!
34. My TV guilty pleasures are Grey’s Anatomy and True Blood. The marathons are so addicting!
35. My baking motto: You can’t go wrong with butter and Paula Deen!
36. If I only had one day to live I would see my friends and family, take my dog for a walk, and eat everything in sight.
37. My favorite place in the world is Paris, but there’s nothing like Home Sweet Home!
38. If I could live in another place and time, I’d be in the 20′s so I could wear flapper dresses and amazing hats.
39. I would never get tired of eating challah and blueberry muffins.
40. My favorite beverages are green tea and water!
41. My favorite time of day is sunset because I love the vibrant colors in the sky.
42. In the future, I want to become a plastic surgeon. (I’ll be in school until I’m 32!)
