One Lovely Blog Award

Thank you to  Fae for nominating me for the One Lovely Blog Award!! I was SO stunned to see this award in my messages, but it could not have made me happier! Thank you to my followers: I really appreciate all of  your feedback and I am so happy to share my experiments and recipes with you! Thank you for reading!

  2. Thank the person who nominated you and link back to their blog.

  4. Nominate 15 other bloggers for their own One Lovely Blog Award, and comment on their blogs to let them know.

7 Facts:

  1. Although I’m an avid baker, I’m an intense athlete and nutrition freak.
  2. I’ve always loved dogs. When I was little, I fearlessly pet a giant police dog until it lay on its back and started purring. (The policeman wasn’t too happy!)

  4. I’m Argentinian, but my family lives all over the world.
  5. I love learning; I’m a nerd at heart.
  6. I love bookstores and I still read paperback books. No kindles for me!
  7. Whenever I travel to a new country, I bring back an embroidered pillow for my bed. My room is decorated inspired by India but I also have pillows from Morocco, Turkey, Israel, Italy and Peru.

    • I totally agree! I alawys felt like Martha Stewart made hugely complicated things (which she received a lot of help from others to do) looks SO easy and offered unrealistic expectations to the average mom or homemaker. And yes, WAY unapproachable. It’s pretty arrogant what she said but of course she’d much rather have people reading her magazine for recipes than checking out blogs.

    • Oh sweety I can just igmiane you typing this all mumbly and pissed, muttering under your breath. you probably got up and walked in circles around the living room a couple of times while you were thinking of the perfect sentence . BTW chrome/wordpress says that sweety , mumbly , and wordpress are not words.
