Welcome! This is a blog designed to satisfy the hungry nerd. For me, baking has always been both an art and a science, so let’s put on our lab coats and enter the kitchen! I thought it necessary to start with a bang, so here’s a recipe I tried out last week. My mom has been nagging me for a chocolate dessert so I decided to go all out with a three-layer devil’s food dark chocolate layer cake with vanilla buttercream marshmallow frosting, a “Ho-Ho” chocolate layer cake. This recipe has definitely been the best I’ve tried so far! It’s so delicious, you’ll find yourself licking the chocolate off of your plate! Enjoy!
