Cookie-lovers: be warned!!! This AMAZING chocolate chip cookie cake is everything you’d ever want in a dessert; it’s your favorite soft and chewy cookie in cake form! When family friends came over for dinner, my job was to make the dessert of the evening. I knew they love cookies, so I transformed my famous Chocolate Chip Cookies into a mouthwatering dessert that everyone enjoyed! Recently, I’ve especially enjoyed plating my desserts, so I decorated the cake with chocolate covered strawberries, and then drizzled melted chocolate on top… It was really a masterpiece! This cake was DELICIOUS!!! Everyone asked for seconds… and even thirds! Enjoy!!
Recipe: Soft & Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
***NOTE: I used the same recipe as my Chocolate Chip Cookies, but if you want more of a cake-like consistency, double the flour used in the cookie recipe.
